Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and hygienic seals firmly attached to be eligible for a return.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and security ribbons remain intact.

Affix Shipping Label

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it at a designated carrier location.

Processing & Refund

Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
